About the Organisers
Collegiate Model United Nations Society is a fresh yet dynamic society run by college students from Chennai, India. It is an attempt to bring Model United Nation Conferences to both College Campuses and High Schools.
Dynamic really suits the society as it has collaborated with popular educational institutions within few months of its founding. CMUN is a testimony of sucessful collaboration in the circuit.
Details of the Event
The International Model United Nations Conference on Environmental Sustainability is a environmental oriented MUN registered and listed as an activity ahead of World Environment Day endorsed by the United Nations Environment Programme.
The conference has 4 Committees (DISEC, UNEP, ECOSOC, UNSC) where the theme of “Promoting Sustainable Development through Climate Action” which shall be comprehensively discussed from the perspective of the respective committees through simulated dialogues which shall construct innovative resolutions.
