Death anxiety refers to the overwhelming anxiety related to sudden death. We keep overthinking about death and how things are temporary – this further gives us the sense of losing out of time. “It is normative to occasionally think about death from time to time, but when it gets in the way of your daily life, it becomes obsessional and problematic,” wrote Therapist Maythal Eshaghian.(Unsplash)
